Partner Drill: Seated Low Diagonal Reverse Chop / Toss: One Arm
			
		Sit on ball, holding 
___ lb ball outside of ankle. Quickly move ball from ankle over opposite shoulder and toss. If to partner, catch ball from final position allowing 
arm to return to start. 
Repeat with other arm.
